Cheryl experienced an awakening at the age of five that placed her on a journey that brought her ever closer to Spirit awareness in her everyday life. The guidance that it provided her has shaped her life path through a variety of challenges and more awakening adventures. Born and raised on Long Island, New York, she would spend many hours alone with the energy of nature. After college, she taught elementary school, received her Maters in Education, married and raised three children. Her journey has led her to many teachers, both within and out of the physical realm. A deep awareness of energy led her to become an Usui and Karuna Reiki Master/Teacher, Melchizedek Method Facilitator/Practitioner, Gaiadon Heart Master Facilitator, Rising Star Practitioner, StarGate Facilitator, and a Minister in the Order of Melchizedek. She started her healing practice on Long Island and became an active member of the Guild of Wholistic Practitioners, presenting lectures at various schools, libraries and colleges, as well as offering private sessions and Sacred House clearings. After the passing of her husband, she was guided to move to Arizona in June of 2006. There she presented workshops at OLLI, an extension of Yavapai College and continued her healing practice. She completed her Shamanic studies in Luminous Healing and Energy Medicine at the Four Winds Society Light Body School in 2012. And added offerings of Full Moon Sacred Fire Ceremonies, Despachos Ceremonies, Shamanic Sacred House Clearing and Blessings, Energy Awareness classes, Shamanic Journeys and Retreats as well as private sessions.

After relocating to North Carolina and then Virginia, she continued her studies with the Morter Institute of Bio-Energetics, obtaining certification as an Energy Coach and Energy Coach Facilitator and Remote Healing. At Unity of Fairfax, she is the director of Sages of All Ages, a weekly event where she organizes presentations on uplifting, interesting spiritual subjects. She is the author of Orbs, Lights and Clouds, Experiences with Nature (2008) and Navigating Life with Spirit (2018).

Cheryl is passionate about sharing the knowledge that has assisted her in navigating many of the difficulties life has offered her so that others may find their way through the challenges more smoothly. At present she offers this through one-on-one Energy Codes Coaching and The Energy Codes Intensive book group.
